Although Mum has only been a resident since March, all experiences are positive. Relatives are made to feel welcome, Mum is well cared for and we are allowed to take her dog to see her. We can also talk to her via the residents’ mobile phone. In all, this has been a positive experience and although it is not easy when a loved one goes into care, the transition has been made easier by all of the caring staff.
